I suffer from rheumatoid arthriris. My use of this hand exerciser has definitely helped stregthen and reduce the pain in my hands. I got improvements within a few days of commencing use. The item was delivered on time. Seems to be of good quality. Does the job it claims to. I thought standard delivery at $9.90 for such a small item was somewhat expensive (The ball itself cost the same ie $9.90). But overall, I am happy.
