The error code indicated by the SteriShoe® shoe sanitizer that there is an issue with the lamp is the same error code for an internal safety device (fuse). Before ordering a new lamp, switch lamps between the two units to determine if the problem is the lamp or the fuse. If the problem stays with the unit (after moving the lamp from the working unit into the non-functioning SteriShoe® shoe sanitizer) please call customer service at 1300 653 522.
Replacement Lamp for the SteriShoe+
This 5-Watt UVC lamp is designed to last up to 7,000 hours, ensuring your SteriShoe+ UV shoe sanitizer effectively eliminates 99.9% of germs and bacteria living in your shoes!
However, since UVC light potency decreases overtime, we recommend replacing these UVC lamps a minimum of every two years to ensure optimal germ-killing efficacy. Because UVC lamps degrade over time, we do not recommend storing extra bulbs for future use, rather, purchase them when needed.
